Privacy Policy for BowlingScoreTracker

BowlingScoreTracker is a bowling score, league, and statistics tracker for iOS and Android. This Privacy Policy explains what the app does and does not do with your information.

1. No developer server, no data collection

We (Manabi Mate LLC / YUTA WATANABE) do not operate a server for this app, and we do not collect, sell, share, or monetize personal data. All scores, league information, equipment notes, and statistics you enter are stored locally on your device.

2. iCloud sync (iOS)

When you enable iCloud sync, the app uses Apple’s CloudKit private database backed by your Apple ID. This data lives inside your own iCloud account; we cannot access it.

  • Container: iCloud.com.mnbmate.bowlingscoretracker
  • You may disable iCloud sync at any time in Settings > Sync status.

3. Google Drive appDataFolder sync (Android)

When you enable Google Cloud Sync on Android, the app uses your Google account and stores data in Google Drive’s appDataFolder, a hidden per-app area only this app can read. We do not run a server for that data.

  • Scope: Drive appDataFolder only.
  • You may disable sync at any time in Settings > Sync status > Google Cloud Sync.

4. Android Auto Backup

Android Auto Backup is enabled to help you restore your data when you change device or reinstall the app. Backups are stored in your own Google account and the developer cannot access them.

5. In-app review

iOS uses SKStoreReviewController and Android uses Google Play’s In-App Review API. Reviews you submit are sent to Apple or Google, not to us.

6. Export and import

You can export your records to CSV or JSON at any time. The destination of the export is chosen by you (Files / Drive / Mail / etc.). Imports are also user-driven.

7. No advertising, no analytics

The app does not embed third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.

8. Children

The app does not knowingly request personal information from children. The age rating is 4+ (Apple) / Everyone (Google).
