本プライバシーポリシーは、Manabi Mate LLC（以下「サービス提供者」）が提供するモバイルアプリ「Hexafrank」（以下「本アプリ」）に適用されます。本アプリは、1 台の iPhone または iPad を複数人で共有して遊ぶオフライン対戦ゲームです。
情報の収集と利用
本アプリは、サービス提供者のサーバーに個人情報や利用状況データを送信しません。アカウント作成、ログイン、広告 SDK、解析 SDK、クラウド同期は現行バージョンに含まれていません。
サービス提供者は、以下の情報を収集しません。
- 氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号などの連絡先情報
- 位置情報、連絡先、写真、マイク、カメラ
- IP アドレス、広告識別子、解析イベント
- 決済情報、アカウント情報、SNS 連携情報
本アプリは、ローカル対戦の進行に必要な範囲で、端末上に入力されたプレイヤー名やゲーム設定を端末内にのみ保持します。これらはサービス提供者へ送信されません。
端末内に保存される情報
本アプリは以下の情報を端末ローカルに保存する場合があります。
- プレイヤー名として入力した名称
- 言語設定
- BGM、効果音、振動の設定
- チュートリアルの表示状況
- 中断した試合の進行状況
これらの情報は、プレイ継続と設定復元のためだけに使用されます。アプリ自身は外部サーバーへ送信しません。なお、端末のバックアップ設定により、Apple のバックアップ機能を通じて保存される場合があります。
第三者アクセスについて
本アプリは、現在、第三者の広告配信、アクセス解析、外部認証、クラウド保存、ソーシャル共有サービスを利用していません。
法令に基づく開示義務がある場合を除き、サービス提供者が本アプリを通じて取得または保持するデータを第三者に提供することはありません。今後、これらの機能を追加する場合は、本プライバシーポリシーを更新し、必要に応じてアプリや公開ページで告知します。
データ保持と削除
端末内に保存された設定および中断データは、ユーザーが新しい試合を開始した場合の上書き、またはアプリの削除により削除されます。保存されたローカルデータの削除を希望する場合は、アプリを削除することで削除できます。
お子様について
本アプリは幅広い年齢層向けのゲームですが、13 歳未満のお子様から個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。現行バージョンでは、サービス提供者のサーバーに個人情報が送信される仕組みはありません。
セキュリティ
サービス提供者は、本アプリがサービス提供者のサーバーへ個人情報を送信しない設計を採用しています。端末内保存データの保護は、利用者の端末のロック設定や OS のセキュリティ機能にも依存します。
変更について
本プライバシーポリシーは、機能追加や法令変更に応じて更新されることがあります。更新時はこのページの内容を改訂し、必要に応じて有効日を更新します。

同意
本アプリを利用することにより、利用者は本プライバシーポリシーに同意したものとみなされます。

Privacy Policy
This privacy policy applies to the mobile application “Hexafrank” (the “Application”) provided by Manabi Mate LLC (the “Service Provider”). The Application is an offline local multiplayer game designed for multiple players sharing a single iPhone or iPad.
Information Collection and Use
The Application does not transmit personal information or usage data to the Service Provider’s servers. The current version does not include account creation, login, advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or cloud sync.
The Service Provider does not collect the following information through the Application.
- Contact information such as your name, email address, or phone number
- Location data, contacts, photos, microphone input, or camera input
- IP addresses, advertising identifiers, or analytics events
- Payment information, account credentials, or social-network account data
The Application may keep player names entered on the device and game settings only on the device to run local matches. That information is not transmitted to the Service Provider.
Data Stored on Your Device
The Application may store the following information locally on your device.
- Names entered for players
- Language preference
- Music, sound-effect, and haptics settings
- Tutorial completion state
- Suspended match progress
This information is used only to restore settings and resume play. The Application itself does not send it to external servers. Depending on your device settings, Apple may include this local data in device backups.
Third Party Access
The Application currently does not use third-party advertising, analytics, external authentication, cloud storage, or social-sharing services.
Except where disclosure is required by law, the Service Provider does not provide data obtained or retained through the Application to third parties. If these features are added in the future, this privacy policy will be updated and notice will be provided as appropriate.
Data Retention and Deletion
Locally stored settings and suspended-match data are removed when they are overwritten by a new match or when the Application is deleted. If you want to remove locally stored data, you can delete the Application.
Children
The Application is a game intended for a broad audience, and the Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. In the current version, the Application does not include any mechanism that sends personal information to the Service Provider’s servers.
Security
The Service Provider designed the Application so that it does not send personal information to the Service Provider’s servers. Protection of locally stored data also depends on your device lock settings and your operating system’s security features.
Changes
This privacy policy may be updated to reflect feature additions or legal changes. When updated, the contents of this page and the effective date will be revised as needed.
