Anger Log is designed as a private personal journaling app. It does not include advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or a developer-operated server for anger log content.

Data Storage

Your log entries, tags, settings, and reflections are stored on your device. If iCloud is enabled and available, iOS may sync app data through the user’s private iCloud/CloudKit database. On Android, optional sync may use the user’s private Google Drive appDataFolder and Android Auto Backup according to the user’s device settings. The developer does not operate a server that receives or stores log content.

Data Collection

The developer does not collect log content, analytics events, advertising identifiers, or tracking data through this app.

Data Retention and Deletion

Log entries, tags, settings, and reflections remain stored until the user deletes them. The app does not set a fixed retention period for user-created records because the records are controlled by the user.

Users can manually delete data in the app by deleting individual records or by using the delete-all-data option in Settings. Users can also remove the app from their device to delete local app data. If cloud sync or device backup is enabled, users may also need to delete synced or backed-up app data from their iCloud, Google Drive appDataFolder, or device backup settings, depending on the platform and account settings.

Exported Files

The app can create JSON and CSV exports. These files are plain files controlled by the user. Handle exported files carefully because they may contain personal notes.

Android Version

If an Android version is released, Android sync may use the user’s Google Drive appDataFolder and Android Auto Backup according to device settings. The developer server still will not collect log content.

Anger Log is not a medical, diagnostic, or treatment app. It is only a personal recording and reflection tool.
