本プライバシーポリシーは、Manabi Mate LLC（以下「サービス提供者」）が提供するモバイルアプリ「防災備蓄チェックリスト」（以下「本アプリ」）に適用されます。本サービスは「現状有姿（AS IS）」で提供されます。
本アプリは、防災備蓄品の管理・消費期限の追跡・定期点検のリマインドをサポートするツールです。
情報の収集と利用
本アプリは、ユーザーの個人情報を一切収集しません。
本アプリで入力されたすべてのデータ（備蓄品名、数量、消費期限、カテゴリなど）は、ユーザーのデバイス内（SwiftData）にのみ保存され、外部サーバーに送信されることは一切ありません。
本アプリは位置情報を収集しません。
通知サービス
本アプリは、消費期限のアラートや定期点検のリマインドのためにローカル通知を使用する場合があります。これらの通知はすべてデバイス上でローカルに処理され、外部サーバーは関与しません。
第三者アクセスについて
本アプリは第三者サービスを一切使用していません。ユーザーのデータが第三者と共有されることはありません。
オプトアウトの権利
アプリのアンインストールにより、すべてのデータが削除されます。アンインストールは端末またはアプリマーケットの標準手順をご利用ください。
データ保持ポリシー
すべてのデータはユーザーのデバイス内にのみ保存されます。アプリをアンインストールすると、すべてのデータが自動的に削除されます。データの削除に関するご質問は、yuta.watanabe@mnbmate.com までご連絡ください。
お子様について
サービス提供者は、13歳未満のお子様から意図的に情報を収集したり、マーケティングを行うことはありません。本アプリは個人情報を一切収集しないため、お子様の情報が収集されるリスクはありません。
セキュリティ
本アプリのすべてのデータはユーザーのデバイス内にのみ保存されるため、外部からのデータアクセスのリスクはありません。デバイスのセキュリティ設定（パスコード、Face IDなど）により、データは保護されます。
変更について
本プライバシーポリシーは、必要に応じて更新される場合があります。変更があった場合は、このページを更新してお知らせします。定期的にご確認いただき、変更に同意いただけるようお願いいたします。

Privacy Policy (Emergency Stockpile Checklist)
This privacy policy applies to the “Emergency Stockpile Checklist” app (hereby referred to as “Application”) for mobile devices that was created by Manabi Mate LLC (hereby referred to as “Service Provider”) as a free service. This service is intended for use “AS IS”.
This application is designed to help users manage emergency stockpile items, track expiration dates, and receive periodic inspection reminders.
Information Collection and Use
The Application does not collect any personal information from users.
All data entered in the Application (item names, quantities, expiration dates, categories, etc.) is stored solely on the user’s device using SwiftData and is never transmitted to any external servers.
The Application does not collect location information.
Notification Services
The Application may use local notifications to alert users about expiring items and periodic inspection reminders. These notifications are processed entirely on the device and do not involve any external servers.
Third Party Access
The Application does not use any third-party services. No user data is shared with any third parties.
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
Data Retention Policy
All data is stored solely on the user’s device. When you uninstall the Application, all data is automatically deleted. If you have any questions about data deletion, please contact us at yuta.watanabe@mnbmate.com.
Children
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. Since the Application does not collect any personal information, there is no risk of collecting children’s information.
Security
Since all data in the Application is stored solely on the user’s device, there is no risk of external data access. Data is protected by the device’s security settings (passcode, Face ID, etc.).
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
