プライバシーポリシー（やる気ボタン）
本プライバシーポリシーは、Manabi Mate LLC（以下「サービス提供者」）が提供するモバイルアプリ「やる気ボタン」（以下「本アプリ」）に適用されます。本サービスは「現状有姿（AS IS）」で提供されます。
本アプリは、ユーザーがモチベーション向上と集中力アップのために使用するシンプルなメンタルサポートツールです。
情報の収集と利用
本アプリは、ダウンロードおよび使用時に以下の情報を収集することがあります：
– デバイスのIPアドレス
– アプリ内で閲覧したページ、訪問日時、各ページに費やした時間
– アプリ全体の利用時間
– 使用中のモバイルデバイスのオペレーティングシステム
本アプリで収集・管理するモチベーション関連情報：
– やる気ボタンの使用回数
– ボタンを押した日時
– 表示された励ましメッセージの履歴
– アプリの使用統計情報
– ユーザーの設定情報（音声設定、通知設定など）
これらの情報は、すべてユーザーのデバイス内（SwiftData）に安全に保存され、本ポリシーに記載の場合を除き第三者と共有されることはありません。データは外部サーバーに送信されず、完全にプライベートです。
本アプリは位置情報を収集しません。
通知サービス：本アプリは現在プッシュ通知機能を使用していませんが、将来的にモチベーション向上のためのリマインダー通知を送信する場合があります。これらの通知はデバイス上でローカルに処理され、外部サーバーは関与しません。
サービス提供者は、重要なお知らせ、必要な通知、マーケティング情報の提供のため、ユーザーから提供された情報を使用して連絡する場合があります。
より良い体験の提供のために、以下の個人を特定できる情報の提供を求める場合があります：デバイスID、広告ID。これらの情報は本ポリシーに記載の目的で保持・使用されます。
第三者アクセスについて
現在、本アプリは第三者サービスを使用しておらず、すべてのデータはユーザーのデバイス内に保存されます。将来的に以下のサービスを使用する可能性があります：
– AdMob（広告表示）
– Google Analytics for Firebase（使用状況分析）
– Apple App Store（アプリ配信）
サービス提供者は、以下の場合にユーザー提供情報および自動収集情報を開示することがあります：
– 法的義務がある場合（召喚状や同様の法的手続き）
– 権利保護、ユーザーや他者の安全保護、不正行為の調査、政府の要請対応などが必要と誠実に信じられる場合
– サービス提供者の代理として業務を行い、開示された情報を独自に利用せず、本ポリシーに従うことに同意した信頼できるサービス提供者
オプトアウトの権利
アプリのアンインストールにより、情報の収集を停止できます。アンインストールは端末またはアプリマーケットの標準手順をご利用ください。
アプリをアンインストールすると、デバイスに保存されたすべてのデータ（使用履歴、設定情報など）は完全に削除されます。
データ保持ポリシー
本アプリはすべてのデータをユーザーのデバイス内に保存するため、データの保持期間はユーザーの管理下にあります。アプリをアンインストールすることで、すべてのデータが削除されます。
サポートやお問い合わせ等でサービス提供者に直接提供された情報については、必要な期間のみ保持し、目的達成後は削除いたします。削除を希望する場合は、yuta.watanabe@mnbmate.com までご連絡ください。
お子様について
サービス提供者は、13歳未満のお子様から意図的に情報を収集したり、マーケティングを行うことはありません。
13歳未満のお子様から個人情報が提供されたことが判明した場合、直ちに削除いたします。保護者の方で、お子様が個人情報を提供したことにお気づきの場合は、yuta.watanabe@mnbmate.com までご連絡ください。
セキュリティ
サービス提供者は、ユーザー情報の機密性を保護するため、物理的・電子的・手続き的な安全対策を講じています。
本アプリは、Appleの標準的なセキュリティ機能（SwiftData、Keychain等）を使用してデータを保護しています。
変更について
本プライバシーポリシーは、必要に応じて更新される場合があります。変更があった場合は、このページを更新してお知らせします。定期的にご確認いただき、変更に同意いただけるようお願いいたします。

アプリを使用することで、本プライバシーポリシーに記載された情報処理に同意したものとみなされます。

Privacy Policy (Motivation Button)
This privacy policy applies to the “Motivation Button” app (hereby referred to as “Application”) for mobile devices that was created by Manabi Mate LLC (hereby referred to as “Service Provider”). This service is intended for use “AS IS”.
This application is designed as a simple mental support tool for users to improve motivation and enhance concentration.
Information Collection and Use
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include information such as:
– Your device’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
– The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages
– The time spent on the Application
– The operating system you use on your mobile device
The Application collects and manages the following motivation-related information:
– Number of motivation button presses
– Date and time when the button was pressed
– History of displayed motivational messages
– Application usage statistics
– User preference settings (audio settings, notification preferences, etc.)
All this information is securely stored locally on the user’s device (SwiftData) and is never shared with third parties except as described in this policy. Data is not transmitted to external servers and remains completely private.
The Application does not collect location information.
Notification Services: The Application currently does not use push notification features, but may send reminder notifications for motivation improvement in the future. These notifications would be processed locally on the device and do not involve external servers.
The Service Provider may use the information you provided to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.
For a better experience, while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to Device ID, Advertising ID. The information that the Service Provider requests will be retained by them and used as described in this privacy policy.
Third Party Access
Currently, the Application does not utilize third-party services, and all data is stored locally on the user’s device. The Service Provider may use the following services in the future:
– AdMob (for advertisement display)
– Google Analytics for Firebase (for usage analytics)
– Apple App Store (for app distribution)
The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
– as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
– when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
– with their trusted services providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
When you uninstall the app, all data stored on the device (usage history, settings, etc.) will be completely deleted.
Data Retention Policy
Since the Application stores all data locally on the user’s device, the data retention period is under the user’s control. All data will be deleted when the app is uninstalled.
For information provided directly to the Service Provider through support or inquiries, it will be retained only for the necessary period and deleted after the purpose is achieved. If you wish to have this information deleted, please contact us at yuta.watanabe@mnbmate.com.
Children
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider (yuta.watanabe@mnbmate.com) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.
Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.
The Application uses Apple’s standard security features (SwiftData, Keychain, etc.) to protect data.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

By using the Application, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.
